Project Description:

A wet-laid wall was installed to retain the grade needed to create space for the patio, fire pit, and seating. The retaining wall and fire pit were veneered in “Thin Brick Veneer”. The wall was finished with a bluestone cap.  The firepit was finished with a granite top.

Nicolock Ridge Brick was used for paving to match the existing patio by the covered veranda.

An Outdoor Kitchen with bar and grill were installed and the entire unit was veneered in “Thin Brick Veneer” to complement the clubhouse façade.  An outdoor granite countertop was installed which also provides bar seating for 16.  Bluestone was used for the footrest.

All appliances are stainless steel and include a built-in ice chest, two speed racks, two refrigeration systems and commercial glass front refrigerator.  Single and triple stainless-steel sinks were included in the installation which provide instant hot water from the new outdoor hot water heater.  A stovetop double burner with lid and a commercial grade 54” stainless steel grill with LED lighting, rotisserie, and a pro-sear.  An additional refrigerator was installed for the cooks.

A pergola was installed with fiberglass columns and PVC vinyl beams and purlins to achieve a minimum amount of sunlight to come through.

Low-voltage lighting was installed underneath the granite countertop, around the exterior and interior to allow for outdoor entertainment to extend into the evening hours.  Light fixtures were also installed in the rafters of the pergola.

Adjacent to the 18th green, a seating and relaxation area with 72” circular firepit was designed and installed.  The seating wall includes the same brick veneer and bluestone caps with lighting.  A custom stainless-steel cover was created for the firepit.
