Director of Human Resources

Mary is responsible for the management and development of over 100 employees at Sponzilli Landscape Group. She leads ongoing initiatives such as monthly safety training, performance evaluations, and compliance oversight, ensuring a productive and secure work environment.

Mary has extensive experience in Human Resources, having held key positions in organizations of various sizes, including Walmart, Hilton Worldwide, and Union County College. Her expertise spans both union and non-union workplaces, and she holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Mary’s leadership fosters a positive and efficient workplace culture across the company.

Peter J. Kikot

Director of Residential Design & Construction Services

Peter is a seasoned landscape professional with a distinguished background in construction, masonry, and carpentry. He began his career in Aurora, Ontario, Canada, before pursuing formal education at Humber College in Toronto, where he graduated with high honors.

His expertise led him to the U.S., where he joined Sponzilli Landscape Group early in his career. After further advancing his knowledge and leadership skills in the industry, Peter returned to Sponzilli to oversee the Residential Design/Build Department.

Peter’s strategic approach, technical proficiency, and commitment to excellence ensure the seamless execution of high-end residential landscape projects.
