This exceptional design/build project transformed a challenging sloped property into a dynamic and functional outdoor space, incorporating a variety of carefully designed elements. A new swimming pool, featuring a custom water feature, serves as the focal point of the design. The pool area is complemented by wet-laid natural stone veneer retaining walls, gracefully blending form and function to address the site’s elevation changes.

The design embraces multiple destination points, each crafted with both beauty and practicality in mind. A multi-use sport court provides a space for recreation, while a custom vinyl pergola creates a shaded oasis for relaxation. The built-in outdoor grill area is perfect for entertaining, allowing seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The deck renovation added new Trex decking boards, chosen for their durability and low-maintenance appeal, paired with bluestone steps to create a cohesive flow between the different areas of the landscape.

The newly developed grading also incorporated innovative drainage solutions, including a seepage tank to mitigate water flow challenges from neighboring properties. To accommodate the intricate layout of the property, concrete landings with veneer stone and bluestone treads were installed, providing a seamless transition between levels.

Landscape lighting was meticulously designed to enhance the outdoor spaces at night, highlighting key features such as the stone walls, steps, and plantings. Additionally, a new irrigation system was installed to maintain the vibrant landscape year-round, ensuring the lushness of the carefully selected plantings.

The planting design was thoughtfully curated to enhance the architectural elements, providing year-round interest with textures, colors, and seasonal bloom. The new asphalt driveway adds the final touch, welcoming visitors with an elegant, functional entryway.
