Back Yard Transformed for Outdoor Living

Project Description:

This landscape design and installation included a Gunite pool renovation, vinyl pergola installation, new patio to replace a concrete patio, outdoor kitchen with granite countertop, raised bluestone patio installation, landscape lighting, irrigation system, drainage improvements, planting design, boulder retaining wall, fence, grading, and sod.

The Gunite pool renovation included new custom cut bluestone coping, tile, plaster, new pool equipment, and clean outs.

We also removed a disconnected and poorly designed raised deck and old stamped concrete patio surface with new brick paver and raised bluestone patio space.

A large new vinyl pergola and a new aluminum pool-rated fence were installed.

The new outdoor kitchen includes a natural stone veneer and granite countertop in the grill station.

New surface drains to control surface water and connections to leader drains to divert roof water to a more desirable location in the rear of the yard.

Boulder accents and plantings were added for privacy. We now maintain the property with weekly/annual maintenance services.
