Complete Backyard Renovation

Project Description:

This landscape installation in North Caldwell features an expanded patio, gas-fired fire pit, brick paver patio, paver walkway, new retaining wall, new planting scheme, landscape lighting, new sod installation, and an irrigation system.

Initially, significant grading had to be done for the new patio surface, the new walkway to the back yard, and to provide a larger, more level lawn area for the family.

We also had to remove the existing retaining wall, landing and steps, and the paver walkway from the driveway to the patio and rear door. New steps and landing were installed as were new concrete footings for the deck steps.

A new gas line was installed to accommodate the new fire pit, which included an upgraded granite coping.

The new planting scheme was added to complement and enhance the new patio layout. Our maintenance department now maintains the property.

General contractors retained by Sponzilli included Morris & Bergen, Lighthouse Outdoor Lighting, TDV Contracting, GW Corporation, and Taylo Plumbing.
