This landscape design/build project exemplifies creativity and attention to detail, seamlessly blending luxury with functionality on a challenging, sloped site. The uneven terrain required thoughtful planning to create various destination points, each serving a distinct purpose while maintaining a cohesive flow.

With drainage complexities stemming from neighboring properties, innovative solutions were vital to manage water flow and preserve the integrity of the design.

The design masterfully incorporates a harmonious combination of high-end materials, including 5,230 square feet of sleek porcelain tile, natural stone veneer, and Techo-Bloc Borealis wall blocks. These materials, chosen for their durability and aesthetic appeal, lend an air of sophistication to the space.

The custom fire pit, striking pavilion, and versatile grill island each contribute unique shapes and textures, elevating the overall visual impact of the landscape.

The vibrant planting scheme, featuring a carefully curated selection of shrubs, perennials, and trees, enhances the setting with dynamic colors and textures, providing year-round interest. Artificial turf was artfully integrated for low-maintenance greenery and durability.

The craftsmanship throughout the project is nothing short of exceptional. From the precision in the layout of the porcelain tile to the intricate custom-cut granite countertops, every detail was executed with expert care.

The pavilion, a stunning structure that serves as the heart of the outdoor space, was constructed with meticulous attention to detail and durability. The custom fire pit, built to encourage social gatherings, and the well-crafted bocce court add functionality and character to the design, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and long-term resilience.

The project features several cutting-edge innovations, such as the integration of a grill island that includes a standard grill, a wok station, and a pizza oven.

The custom fire pit is not just a visual centerpiece, but a fully functional gathering spot that brings warmth and ambiance to the outdoor area. The installation of low-grow Kentucky bluegrass sod and artificial turf represents an environmentally conscious choice that balances sustainability with beauty, and ensures the landscape thrives in all weather conditions.

The sloped nature of the site posed unique challenges that required creative and innovative solutions. Custom retaining walls were strategically placed to create level areas for the pavilion, bocce court, and other destination points, ensuring a smooth flow from one element to the next. Grading adjustments and drainage systems, including seepage tanks, were incorporated to effectively manage water runoff from neighboring properties, prevent erosion, and ensure the longevity of the landscape.
