Residential Outdoor Living Space

Project Description:
An old wooden deck was removed and replaced with a raised paver patio and landings. The raised patio boasts a dining terrace, outdoor kitchen with bar seating and a fiberglass pergola with two posts set on pillars. A sculpture/water feature was placed in the main sightline adding an element that stands apart.

The homeowners love to entertain at night, so we added a fireplace constructed of the same stone as the main retaining walls. A synthetic turf putting green was incorporated so putting practice can continue into the night by means of illuminated cups and moonlighting in the trees.

This project provided a massive increase to the value of this home.
