One Sixty Madison, a luxury residential 279,387 square foot tower located in the trendy NoMad neighborhood, features a rooftop deck and a garden with landscaping by Sponzilli Landscape Group.
The project included bringing in engineered soils, geo foam slopes, landscape edging and decorative stone mulch. A custom Wi-Fi remote controlled irrigation system was installed along with 30’ honey locusts and numerous custom planters.
One Sixty Madison features two rooftop amenities—one a passive garden oasis located above the building’s retail base, and the other the main roof offering exciting views of Midtown’s renowned landmarked office towers.
