399 Park Avenue. Purchased by Boston Properties in 2002, was the world headquarters for Citigroup from 1961 – 2015. Occupying the entire city block between Park Avenue and Lexington Avenue from 53rd to 54th street.
Boston properties has been completing a comprehensive capital improvement program at this A class A location for major corporate users. The improvements include a variety of buildouts and amenities.
A project called “Oasis in the Sky features a glass cube on the 13th floor setback that is surrounded by a wraparound terrace, outdoor spaces and a green roof. Under construction on the 7th floor are four outdoor living room areas that include landscaping seating.
