Dear Mr. Sponzilli:
This past spring I installed a landscape at my home on Oakridge Road in Verona with your company. From the start of the project through completion, I worked with Aaron Van Duyne. Aaron was wonderful to work with in all aspects. Aaron gave me great ideas and developed a design that incorporated my wants and also gave me many practical solutions to improve the functionality of my landscape. Aaron was patient and answered all of my questions fully during the design phase of the project. If I had questions, or wanted things changed, Aaron responded promptly to all of my emails and met me at my home several times to go over design changes and give me a comfort level of how things would look once the landscape was installed.
During the installation phase, Aaron kept me up to date on the progress of the job. Any issues or questions that I had, Aaron answered promptly. Aaron’s follow up is excellent. I was never left waiting to get an answer. Several times during the installation, the plan changed a little bit. Aaron always informed me of what he was doing and what the result would look like and if I would be alright with the small changes that he was making. When the project was complete, Aaron also walked me through the entire landscape and explained the plantings, what they were and any special care needed. He was very thorough in his approach.
Even today, four months after the landscape installation, Aaron answers all of my concerns promptly. Not only does he acknowledge my requests, but answers me with a game plan on how to address my concerns. It is very reassuring to know that he is committed to the project and his customer’s satisfaction before, during and after the project. When I need any other landscape work done at my home, I will definitely be giving Aaron a call.
