Sponzilli Completes Landscaping and New Green Wall at TIAA Pocket Park

Sponzilli Landscape Group has completed one of their latest landscaping projects in New York City, the TIAA Creff pocket park located at 685 3rd Avenue by 44th Street. In addition to its exterior green wall, stretching a full 36 feet high, the all new pocket park contains ponds, decorative stone, locust trees, and dramatic lighting. Well known for their landscaping work at Yankee Stadium, Carnegie Hall, and Barclays Center, and their green roofs in around New York City, Sponzilli is the leader and pioneer in NYC green walls. Noted for building the largest interior green wall in the city, Sponzilli, with this new exterior green wall, has created yet another example of unique urban landscaping.

The TIAA Creff pocket park contains an abundance of fixed seating, 40 moveable seats, drinking fountain, trash receptacles, accessibility to persons with disabilities, and is open to the public Monday through Saturday.
